For more than 10 years, the Peterborough Community Futures Development Corporation (CFDC) has supported local companies and organizations expand their operations through the Eastern Ontario Development Program (EODP).
EODP funding supports recipients whose projects focus on business growth and job creation. Multi-year applications are encouraged.

EODP Applications & Guidelines
EODP objectives focus on two priority areas that will increase new, sustainable jobs in the City of Peterborough and Peterborough County: Business Development and Community Innovation. Multi-year projects are encouraged.
As of October 28th, all funding has been committed and we will not be accepting applications until February 23rd, 2015.
To ensure we receive complete applications, and for quality assurance purposes, only hard copies will be accepted. Email submissions will not be accepted.

The EODP is managed by the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario and is being delivered in partnership with the 15 Community Futures Development Corporations in eastern Ontario, as well as the Eastern Ontario Community Futures Development Corporation Network Inc. The program supports rural eastern Ontario communities to pursue the creation of a competitive and diversified regional economy through investment in economic development, small business growth, job creation and community innovation.
To date, more than $80 million has been invested through the EODP on more than 7,600 business and community development projects. Over the next five years, $48-million is available through the EODP.
