Canadian Youth Business Foundation (CYBF)

Canada Business Ontario
Canada Business Ontario contains excellent information for business startup and expansion. The search engine is particularly useful for specific exploration. For information on rules and regulations, please search only in the Ontario section. Each provincial page contains different subject specialties (ie: the British Columbia site specializes in Women in Business, while the Saskatchewan site has outstanding information on marketing) so be sure to check out each section.
Marketing Plan
The Marketing Plan is a written statement describing the intentions of an organization in marketing a service, product or brand. The plan should specify the activities, responsibilities, target markets, time-scales, controls and resources over a one year period. There should be a medium and long term goal for the plan, but should focus mainly on the short term since things change, people leave, markets evolve, and customers come and go.
