George A. Gillespie, C.A.

George A. Gillespie is Administrative Partner of McColl Turner Chartered Accountants in Peterborough and has served previously as Treasurer with the Greater Peterborough Futures Committee and Peterborough Information Centre and Volunteer Bureau Inc.

George serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Community Futures Development Corporation and is also a member of the Practice Inspection Committee of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.

Mr. Douglas Armstrong

Doug Armstrong, owner of a small consulting business specializing in government relations, organizational changes, strategic management and governance. Doug served as the CAO of Peterborough County for over two decades and is a past Manager of the Greater Peterborough Chamber of Commerce.  Doug is a Board Member on the Greater Toronto Airports Authority and has served as a member of GO Transit Board of Directors.  Serving on the Peterborough Regional Health Centre Foundation Board, he was Vice Chair and Treasurer, and was appointed as a Governor Emeritus in 2008.

Doug serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Community Futures Development Corporation and a member of the Association of Municipal Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario, International Institute of Municipal Clerks and Association of Municipalities of Ontario.

Dan Stanford

Dan Stanford is President of Cabinetree in Peterborough, a company he started in 1988.

Dan is also past President of the Peterborough District Construction Exchange and past Chair of the Board of the Greater Peterborough Chamber of Commerce.

Dan serves as treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Community Futures Development Corporation.

Gerry Bennett

Gerry Bennett is retired from the Royal Bank of Canada (after a 42 year career which includes Corporate and Small Business Lending, Branch Manager and Training Manager). He also operated his own consulting business in Toronto prior to returning to Peterborough.

Gerry is an active member of the Board of Directors of the Community Futures Development Corporation

William (Bill) Morrison

Bill Morrison, has been the owner of the Best Western Otonabee Inn since May of 1972. He has been involved in a number of tourism and economic development associations in our region and is a past Director of Tourism Ontario.

Bill is an active member of the Board of Directors of the Community Futures Development Corporation.

Charles Burge

Charles Burge is a retired Educational Administrator, past Director of the Peterborough Rotary Club and Chair of the Rotary Greenway Trail Committee. Charles is a member of the Canadian College of Teachers and active on local fundraising committees.

Dan McWilliams

President and owner of McWilliams Moving and Storage Ltd., a family owned business since 1941.

Dan is an active member of The Peterborough Rotary Club and Ducks Unlimited Conservation, most notably the annual Greenwing fishing event. Dan was the Chamber of Commerce "Citizen of the Year - 2001"

Dan is an active member of the Board of Directors of the Community Futures Development Corporation.

Heather Watson

Heather Watson owns KC Consulting, a business management consulting firm. She is involved extensively with the Ontario Speed Skating Oval project. Heather is a director of the Kawartha Lakes Chamber of Commerce.

Heather is an active member of the Board of Directors of the Community Futures Development Corporation and an active member of the Youth Loan Committee.

Crystal Wieland

Crystal is the Economic Development Officer for the Township of Douro-Dummer.

Crystal is an active member of the Board of Directors of the Community Futures Development Corporation and an active member of the Youth Loan Committee.

Drew Merrett

Drew is the owner of Merrett Home Hardware Building Centre in Peterborough. He has 22 years of retail experience dealing with all aspects of running a successful franchise company. Drew is an active member of the Peterborough Northumberland Crime Stoppers Board of Directors and is a past director of the Peterborough Sales and Advertising Club.

Kathy Windrem

Kathy Windrem is a Principal with BDO Dunwoody LLP Chartered Accountants and Advisors.  Kathy manages the Peterborough office and is also a member of the  BDO Dunwoody Advisory Committee for the Ontario Lakelands Region.
Kathy is a Past Chair of the Greater Peterborough Chamber of Commerce.

Paul Dietrich

Paul Dietrich is owner of Parkview Homes and a partner in Parkview Group of Companies. He has over 25 years of experience in new home development and the construction industry.  He serves as President on the Board of Directors of the Peterborough & Kawarthas Homebuilders Association.

Randy Northey

Randy is a partner and business lawyer with Lockington Lawless Fitzpatrick LLP. He practiced law in Toronto from 1985 until 2004 when he moved back to his hometown of Peterborough. He is involved in the community as Vice-Chairman of Peterborough Housing Corporation and Treasurer of The Art Gallery of Peterborough.

Judy Heffernan

Judy Heffernan currently serves as General Manager of the Community Futures Development Corporation. Judy offers a background in retail credit & cash management.
